The Embodiment Coaching Academy is a twelve-month personal growth and professional training programme starting in
AUTUMN 2022.
This programme is initially for certified One of many™ women’s coaches and trainers. You will work directly with Susie - learning from her decades of deep experience how to reconnect with the wisdom of your body at a more profound level, and to facilitate your own classes.
By the end of the year, you will have discovered a deeper connection with yourself, with others, with the wider world and ’Source’ and learned and embodied the techniques, processes and tools that will help your clients to tap into their greatest joy, power, creativity, intimacy and connection.

Why embodiment? And why now?
Your body holds the wisdom of the Universe, your ancestral heritage, the heritage of the stars
and genetic imprinting.
This embodiment work - which has been described as ‘NLP in movement form’ will empower you to step off the hamster-wheel of overthinking and escape from the noise inside your mind in order to access the true wisdom of your body; the wisdom in your cells.
Never has this been more important than now.
Years of living with intense levels of stress, particularly through the upheaval of the global pandemic
with months of being ‘locked down’ whilst coping with uncertainty, grief, fear and loss, has created a new epidemic: relationship breakdowns; mental health challenges and struggles with communication
and connection.
Embodiment allows you to become more grounded and free, to access Universal knowing
through your body, so that you can live more fully in the present moment.
As your body becomes more flexible, so too will your mind.

We will be working with the energy centres of the body and understanding how they relate to us as a species, starting with the Root chakra and survival, connecting with Earth energies, how the body and mind are interconnected and inter-dependent and how they affect each other. Going back to the original blue-print of the body, and learning how this work affects us physiologically, the sympathetic and para-sympathetic nervous system. Power, fire, home, instinct, presence, feelings.

Advanced Workshop - Instincts and emotions
Connecting with the Sacral chakra and the power of Yin and Yang, how important this is for Life-Force, for creativity and attracting prosperity, going beyond body language, how the body is the source of our own authority. The introduction of sacred sexuality and pleasure - the juxtaposition of the sacred and the profane.

Connecting with the Solar Plexus - dealing with willpower and how this chakra gets blocked by shame and self-doubt. This is the place of self-esteem and self-confidence - learning about gut instinct, worthiness, power, capability and self-acceptance - healing the deepest wounds.

Connecting with the Heart chakra - bridge between lower energies associated with materiality and upper chakras more associated with spirituality - often blocked by grief. Need to re-parent ourselves - learning self-love so we can invite others in to love us - gifting and receiving.

History of music, music from around the world in different traditions, how music affects different aspects of our body and mind. Music to stimulate vitality, sensuality, creativity, fluidity, transcendence.
